Business Conduct and Ethics
Starhome Mach is committed to meeting the highest standards of integrity and business ethics in its operations. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all Starhome Mach employees, officers and directors. All Starhome Mach employees receive this code and are expected to become familiar with its contents and to use it as a guideline in the performance of their corporate responsibilities.
Safe and Healthy Work Environment
Discrimination and Harassment- Free Workplace Policy
Starhome Mach does not tolerate discrimination or harassment in any aspect of our activity, including hiring, promotion, training and termination. All employment decisions are to be made without regard to race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, political views or party affiliation, marital status, pregnancy, national origin/ancestry, citizenship, disability, military status or any other basis prohibited by law. This policy applies to all employees, applicants, customers, independent contractors, manpower agency employees and business partners (including independent contractors, vendors and suppliers).
In addition, we do not tolerate the possession, use or distribution of pornographic, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive materials on company property. The use of company personal computers or other equipment to obtain or view such materials is similarly prohibited.
Starhome Mach does not tolerate workplace violence including acts or threats of physical violence, including intimidation, harassment, and/or coercion.
Alcohol and Drugs
We are committed to providing a drug-free work environment. The possession, distribution or use of any controlled substances on Starhome Mach premises or at company functions is strictly prohibited.
Starhome Mach is committed to minimizing the potentially harmful effects of our day-to-day operations which may impact the environment.
Conflicts of Interest
Starhome Mach requires absolute integrity from all our employees and will not tolerate any conduct in which an employee’s loyalties are divided between the company’s interests and any business or personal interests that are incompatible with Starhome Mach’s interests.

Bribery, Kickbacks, and Fraud
The reputation and integrity of Starhome Mach is of paramount importance. The Starhome Mach Code of Business Conduct and Ethics prohibits making any bribes, “kickbacks,” or other payments designed to influence or compromise the conduct of the recipient.
Similarly, employees are expressly prohibited from accepting anything intended to assist in obtaining business or for securing special concessions from the company. Employees must not engage in any activity which degrades the reputation or integrity of the Company.
Confidential Information and Privacy
Starhome Mach respects the confidentiality and privacy of our suppliers and customers. Employees must respect and protect any confidential or proprietary information shared with the company.
Fair Dealing and Fair and Accurate Advertising
Starhome Mach employees are expected to utilize high moral standards and ethical values and the highest level of fairness in all dealings with suppliers, customers, and competitors and other employees. Employees may not take unfair advantage of anyone through unethical or illegal measures, such as manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts or any other unfair dealing practices.
Customers and potential customers are entitled to receive accurate information regarding prices, capabilities, terms and scheduling. Starhome Mach strives to produce advertisements that are fair, accurate and lawful. Employees must avoid false or misleading statements intended to sell or market our products or services.
Employees must guard against unfair competitive practices and exercise extreme caution to avoid conduct that might violate antitrust laws or other rules prohibiting anti-competitive activities
